PAKISTAN URGED UNHRC TO STOP INDIA’S CRIMES IN IIOJK

Pakistan has urged United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) not to remain a passive bystander as India intensifies the suppression of fundamental rights and freedom of the people of India illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan’s permanent representative to the UN office in Geneva, Ambassador Khalil Hashmi, in the 47-member Council’s general debate which began in Geneva said, “In the face of eerie silence by some members of the (Human Rights) Council, crimes of self-professed largest democracy are getting entrenched, and its sense of impunity being rewarded.” Pakistani envoy said, “To lend credence to the notion of accountability, Council members should act on the recommendations of the two OHCHR reports for the establishment of a Commission of Inquiry on occupied Jammu and Kashmir. This Council cannot afford to remain a passive bystander in the face of independent evidence of India’s grave violations. Silence and shielding an oppressor is undermining the universal cause of human rights and further eroding the credibility of this Council.”Action on part of the UNHRC was necessary as India continues to stonewall calls for access, he said, adding it continues to alter the demographic structure of the occupied region in blatant defiance of international law; it continues to draw a physical and digital iron curtain; it continues to kill, maim, torture, arbitrarily detain and forcibly disappear the Kashmiri youth, women and elderly by invoking the canard of “terrorism” India has muzzled local media, silenced civil society, and denied access to independent observers, pointing out that not a single member of Indian forces has ever been punished due to pervasive impunity afforded by draconian laws, a pliant judiciary, and hand-picked local administration. The Pakistani envoy also delivered a statement to the Council on behalf of the OIC. The OIC statement said, “The human rights situation in occupied Jammu and Kashmir remains a matter of deep anguish for us.” It urged India to implement the applicable UNSC resolutions as well as recommendations addressed

HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN INDIA

Nepal is one of the world’s most lucrative markets for human trafficking. Traffickers use Nepal’s open border with India to transport women and children to India for sexual abuse. Many are trafficked for sex work, domestic labor, and for illegal organ trade in India, Southeast Asia, and the Gulf region. Indians are deliberately planning through their intelligence infrastructure in Nepal to undertake human trafficking from Pakistan through Nepal into India as witnessed in the case of Col Zahir Habib. They keep them under custody and lately utilized them against the interest of Pakistan to malign/implicate and blackmail Pakistan. Recently, cases have been reported in which hostile intelligence agencies trapped Pakistani women with the allurement of some highly paid jobs and moved them to India via Nepal. It is likely possible those hostile agencies may use these women in terrorism or espionage-related cases through sting operations and blame them as Pakistani agents. There is a likely threat of selling people to ISIS, which threatens regional peace and security. Human trafficking is a thriving global business that accounts for US$150 billion a year worldwide. UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) defines human trafficking as “the acquisition of people by improper means such as force, fraud or deception, intending to exploit them.”US State Department in its ‘2021 Trafficking in Persons Report: India’ highlighted that the Indian government did not meet universal standards to curb human trafficking in different forms. Moreover, it is also a grave violation of the Vienna Convention on Consular Access as well as the 2008 bilateral agreement on consular access between Pakistan and India.

The current policies of the BJP could lead to mass violence in India

BJP is currently walking on a path that could lead to widespread violence and civil war. The think tanker of the BJP i.e RSS is working to eliminate minorities from India which is not possible; on the other hand BJP government is working to create unrest in the states where they are not in power unconstitutionally as they did in Maharashtra. Under the Hindu-nationalist government of Narendra Modi, India has seen a rising tide of intolerance, and some observers feel that the BJP has turned to divisive discourse since it can no longer rely on divisive promises.

After enacting contentious pledges like abolishing the special status of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), the Modi-led administration wanted to do something new to increase support. The Indian government has to understand that it is unleashing forces that can grow uncontrollable by promoting the absurd idea that India's 300 million or more non-Hindu minority poses a threat to the 1.1 billion majorities.

Bloodshed between sects can gain momentum on its own. In addition to being unhealthier for its citizens, a Hindu nationalist India might spread instability and have even worse ties with its Muslim neighbors. Delhi friends including United States to use their influence to persuade Modi and his acolytes to check the spread of hate before it explodes into widespread violence. Arun Prakash, a former naval chief and senior military commander, had issued a warning earlier this month that India would enter a civil war since the nation's political leadership had not denounced recent calls by Hindu hardliners for the genocide of Muslims.

IMPUNITY FOR GUJARAT RIOTS RAPISTS

Eleven men sentenced to life imprisonment in the ‘Bilkis Bano gangrape’ case were released from Godhra Jail. Visuals shared on social media showed the convicts being greeted with sweets by their relatives after they were released. Relatives also touched their feet for blessings. Indian activists and politicians have condemned the court’s decision. The release also raised questions about the government's stance on women in a country notorious for violence against them. Bano’s case was one of the most horrific episodes of the large-scale violence. More than 1,000 people, mostly Muslims, died in the 2002 riots. Gujarat Riots 2002 are considered some of the worst religious unrest seen in the predominantly Hindu country. Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi slammed Gujarat government for allowing the release of gangrape and murder convicts under its old remission policy. Gandhi said that the entire country is seeing the difference between PM Modi's “words and deeds" since the convicts were released hours after the BJP leader talked about ‘Naari Shakti’, or women's power, during his Independence Day speech. Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha member Jairam Ramesh called the decision “brazenly shameless”. Senior lawyer Anand Yagnik said that "the remission of the sentence of convicts of a gruesome crime like gang rape and murder is morally and ethically improper," adding: "What is the signal we are trying to send?" Feminist Kavita Krishnan wrote a Twitter message directed at the prime minister questioning whether his support for women ended when a woman was Muslim. CPI(M) also strongly condemned the release of the convicts, saying "this is the real face of New India- convicted killers and rapists released" and activist Teesta Setalvad "who fought for justice was jailed". Secretary of All India Progressive Women’s Association (AIPWA) Krishnan pointed out that it has become commonplace for Hindu-supremacists to openly give calls for genocide and rape of Muslims without any consequences these days. “Will PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah care to comment on this decision? Do we really believe that this decision was taken without the blessing of these two topmost leaders of the BJP? #IndiaAt75 became a day of shame for India’s women because BJP chose to make it a day to free Bilkis’ rapists. ”President AIMIM Asaduddin Owaisi, also accused Modi and BJP, which still rules the state of Gujarat, of being indifferent to crimes against women when the victims are Muslim. The release of 11 men serving a life term for the gangrape of Bilkis Bano and the murder of her family during the 2002 Gujarat riots, is "appeasement politics" ahead of the state elections in Gujarat. "It is more unfortunate as the Prime Minister talked about more power to women from Red Fort on the Independence Day. It is sending a wrong message to the Muslim community and sets a wrong precedent." Indian judiciary is only complimenting and facilitating the implementation of fascist policies of the ruling class while being indifferent to the miseries of the common citizens.

ANTI-CAA PROTESTS BREAK OUT IN NORTHEAST INDIA

ANTI-CAA PROTESTS BREAK OUT IN NORTHEAST INDIA

Several student organizations in the northeast renewed protests against the controversial Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). President of North East Students Union (NESO) Samuel Jyrwa said, “We have been firm in our stand that CAA is against the interests of Assam and other states in the region. But despite our earlier protests, the Centre went ahead and enacted the legislation.” He added, “we will organize non-violent sit-in demonstrations in all state capitals of the region against CAA and other issues such as the promulgation of inner-line permit regime in Assam, Meghalaya and Tripura states that have borne the maximum brunt of illegal immigrations.” Protest comes in the backdrop of Union home minister Amit Shah’s remarks earlier this month, during an interaction with a BJP delegation from West Bengal that CAA will be implemented once Covid-19 vaccinations are over in India. Furthermore, the protest also covers issues like influx of migrants, complete scrapping of Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA), providing constitutional safeguards to the indigenous communities, implementation of Inner Line Permit (ILP) across all North Eastern states, along with the elimination of the operations of fundamentalist groups existing in the region. All Assam Students’ Union chief advisor Samujjal Bhattacharya said, “People of the Northeast have not accepted the CAA and will never accept it. This act will reduce the indigenous people into a minority. The Northeast can’t be used as a dumping ground for illegal migrants. Assam has already taken a lot of burden by accepting the migrants till 24 March 1971 and cannot accept more such migrants,” Bhattacharjya told reporters in Guwahati. Delhi-based lawyer Gautam Bhatia says that by dividing alleged migrants into Muslims and non-Muslims, the bill "explicitly and blatantly seeks to enshrine religious discrimination into law, contrary to our long-standing, secular constitutional ethos". Historian Mukul Kesavan says the bill is "couched in the language of refuge and seemingly directed at foreigners, but its main purpose is the delegitimization of Muslims' citizenship".

OPPOSITION SLAMS PM MODI ON INDEPENDENCE DAY

Opposition parties hit out at Prime Minister Modi on his assertions of heralding ‘Amrit Kaal’, advocating gender equality, and finishing nepotism. Opposition leaders said, his government is in no position to preach since it has failed on all counts. Congress President Sonia Gandhi launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Modi and his government on Independence Day. She alleged that a “self-engaged government” is determined to ‘trivialize’ the sacrifices of freedom fighters and achievements of the country and cautioned that the party will “strongly oppose” any such attempt for “political gains”. She added, “Indian National Congress will strongly oppose any misrepresentation of historical facts for political gains and every attempt to put great national leaders like (Mahatma) Gandhi-Nehru-(Sardar Vallabhbhai) Patel-(Abul Kalam) Azad Ji in the dock on the ground of falsity.” She added that BJP is trying to malign leaders to further its political propaganda and called the Modi government ‘narcissists’. Congress demanded a report card of the eight years of rule by the BJP and an explanation of “unfulfilled promises”. Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera said that historic Independence Day speeches have been given from Red Fort and it was expected that Prime Minister would give a mature speech while understanding his responsibilities and the dignity of his office, but it is unfortunate that Prime Minister let everyone down.In his address, PM said that big challenges before the country were nepotism, dynasty and corruption, asserting that “we have to fight” against these together. Khera asked what happened to the promises of doubling farmers’ income, giving houses to all, bringing back black money, and providing jobs. While quoting PM Modi’s comment on corruption, CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury Tweeted, “Nepotism? Loan waivers of over ₹10 lac crore to cronies?”. He said the fight against corruption should begin by scrapping electoral bonds which legalized political corruption. Trinamool Congress National General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee sought to demolish Mr. Modi’s Independence Day address. “As India marks 75 years of its independence, are we really living in ‘Amrit Kaal’. Is this the ‘Amrit Kaal’ we dreamt off, where Indian Rupee is weakening by the day, where prices of fuel are shooting through the roof and economy is in complete shambles”.

15 August 2022 - A Black Day for the oppressed segment of Indian Society

Minorities including Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, and even Dalits & Kashmiris are celebrating 15 August 2022 as a Black Day. Kashmiris on both sides of the Line of Control and the world over will also observe Indian Independence Day as ‘Black Day’ to convey the message to the international community that New Delhi continues to deny them their inalienable right to self-determination. As Indians across the world are celebrating their Independence Day on August 15, minority groups in India and overseas take this moment to highlight the oppressive treatment meted out to them by the Hindutva government and raise their voices against the ruling elite. The Dalits are being persecuted by upper class Hindus over relatively unimportant problems like land, wages, housing, and untouchability, which is why they observe August 15 as a Black Day. Everyone is aware of the relationship between the RSS and the BJP; the RSS is an outspokenly anti-minority group. Members of this group not only openly support violence against minorities but actively make anti-minority comments. There is a question when India will start to think over it......?

HYPOCRISY OF INDIAN POLICE

In UP, India, police showered flower petals on Hindu Karwariyas walking on a busy road from a helicopter. The same police force put Muslims in jail if they offer Namaz on the roadside. In the recent past India witnessed a sudden rise in protest by Hindu right wings against the Muslims offering Friday Namaz in open. In videos, the same UP police can be seen using force to thrash Muslims who offered Namaz on roads in UP. Recently eight street vendors were arrested by the Haridwar police for offering namaz at a public place. Those arrested were residents of Jwalapur area and they were offering namaz at a weekly market in Shivalik Nagar. According to reports, the vendors used to sell vegetables in the local market that falls under the Ranipur police station limits. This is the height of hypocrisy by Indian state institutions as well as the general masses. For some action, there are two different reactions, based on the community you belong. If a Muslim confer a religious practice in open, he is considered as culprit and police will immediately arrest him. But if same is done by Hindus, they are showered with flower petals. Humanity should speak against such double standards in India. The world community must raise its voice, urging India to stop such hypocritical practices.

US SCHOLAR CRITICIZED HINDUISM IN TODAY’S INDIA

Hinduism embraces many religious ideas as it’s not a single religion but a compilation of many traditions and philosophies which has shattered now and adopted an extremist’s agenda. US scholar from University of Chicago ‘Wendy Doniger’ researched Hinduism in India and depicted emergence of Hindutva in her book ‘An American Girl in India – Letters and Recollections (1963-64)’. Earlier, she was believer of liberal essence of Hinduism but now she has changed her mind due to activities of hardliner Hindus against others. She is following today’s India through the media and gave her analysis that “India has changed from a place where multiplicity thrived to a uni-dimensional society over the years. In the sixties, the mood was much different from that of what it is now. There was a happy atmosphere in India, openness among people, and they made friends with different people,” whereas now there is hyper-sensitivity about religion that is Hinduism”. She further said, “Right now, people are really worried about what’s happening in India” and what has spurred “this tremendous outpouring of indignation, as Indian politics has too changed from ‘Sarva Dharma Sama Bhava’ to religious exclusiveness which led to the change in people’s perception about one another”. Wendy Doniger, who finished teaching Hinduism at the University of Chicago, was worried about the wanton abuse of laws restricting freedom of speech and creating a climate of fear.” The “enemies of free speech have Divinity School in India today”, she made a pun on ‘Hindutva’. As a whole, Hindus have become more fanatics due to easy access of electronic and social media besides its modernization.

NDIAN FALSE FLAG OPERATION - AHMEDABAD BOMBING 2008

Ahmadabad bombing 2008 was a sequence of 21 blasts that hit the city in which 56 people lost their lives and more than 200 people were injured. The free Indian media had claimed that it was a false flag operation executed by India whereas the pro-government media claimed that Indian Mujahideen were involved and had also accepted the responsibility of these attacks. The investigation team could not find any evidence against Pakistan. It was revealed that these blasts were planned by Indian religious extremists having a background of Hindu-Muslim Communal violence. India uses false flag operations as a tool of coercion which is often utilized to provoke or justify a war against adversaries. India perpetually resort of immoral activities like deceit, fraud, propaganda and state sponsored terrorist attacks killing their own people for serving political interests. German Investigative Journalist Elias Davidson in his book, “The Betrayal of India: Revisiting the 26/11 Evidence” highlighted that India has history of false flag operations from 1971 to till today. When India feels, it is not being able to cope up the internal rift, Indians launch a false flag operation for political gains. The same is also evident from EU Disinfo Lab episode and Arnab Goswami’s revelations about the presence of ISI in Serana Hotel Kabul. India executed a number of pseudo-operations internationally in the past in which Pakistan was blamed, however, these blame were proved wrong and exposed India’s agenda to malign the image of Pakistan. From the unrest in New Delhi to the chaos in Karnataka, Pakistan has been held responsible for every incident of restlessness in India, irrespective of their complex and prolonged internal factors, but Indian government failed to provide any evidence of Pakistan’s involvement in these terror attacks. As India’s far-right political parties and antagonistic forces created a perception of a common or false enemy to unite its culturally despaired population to serve the purpose. India endorsed this agenda in front of International Statuary platforms with an aim to label Pakistan as a terrorist-sponsoring country but failed to prove it on all forums. Another objective of Indian fabricated accusations on Pakistan is to sabotage and isolate Pakistan in international diplomacy. India is still trying to construct a narrative to declare Pakistan as a troublemaker in the region; however, by doing so the Indian government is itself jeopardizing the stability of the South Asian region to serve this purpose. It is high time Indian false flags must be exposed and ended downright. Or else the dangers of such false flag operations in this highly nuclearized zone could develop into something beyond the imagination of any.

KASHMIR ACCESSION DAY TO PAKISTAN

On 19th Jul 1947, Kashmiri leadership unanimously passed the resolution of Kashmir's Accession to Pakistan at Sardar Ibrahim Khan's residence in Srinagar. The resolution of Kashmir's Accession to Pakistan was a testimony to the fact that the people of Kashmir had linked their future with Pakistan. Every year, Kashmiris observe 19th July as Accession Day to Pakistan to reaffirm their commitment that they will continue their struggle till Kashmir becomes part of Pakistan The Accession Resolution stated, "The convention of Muslim conference has reached the conclusion that geographical conditions, 80 percent Muslim population, important rivers of Punjab passing through the state, language, cultural, ethnic and economic relations and continuity of the state with Pakistan make it imperative to merge with Pakistan. In 1947, Indian PM Jawaharlal Nehru's promise of a referendum allowing Kashmiris to decide the territory's fate has been buried and replaced by a new and baseless narrative that " Kashmir is an integral part of India ".

The narrative has been completely rejected by the Kashmiri people. UNSC resolutions numbered 47, 51, 80, 96, 98,122 & 126 decided that the final disposition of the state of J & K "will be made in accordance with the will of the people expressed through the democratic method of a free and impartial plebiscite conducted under the auspices of the UN. India promised before the UN to resolve the dispute by providing Kashmiri people their basic right to self - determination but later backed away from its commitments. Denial of fundamental rights to Kashmiris has prompted a homegrown armed struggle against Indian oppression. The worst kind of Indian state terrorism in IIOJK during the past seven decades and the ongoing wave of Hindu extremism stand testimony to the fact that Kashmiri's decision of accession with Pakistan was fully justified.

MAHATMA GANDHI STATUE VANDALIZED IN INDIA

A statue of Mahatma Gandhi was vandalized by RSS goons at a public park in Ramman Mandi, Bathinda. RSS being an extremist organization is against the ideology of Mahatma Gandhi and secular India, RSS people who killed Gandhi wanted conservative India with an ultra-nationalist approach. Hindu nationalists saw Gandhi as a big obstacle to their agenda of the Hindu Nation. The book, Gandhi's Assassin: The making of Nathuram Godse and His Idea of India is a credible account of Gandhi's assassination and how it was linked to Hindu far-right groups such as RSS, Hindu Mahasabha, and their leaders including Vinayak Damodar Savarkar. Savarkar was like a mentor to Godse, who hated Gandhi's pluralist vision of India. A firebrand BJP MP Pragya Thakur described Godse Gandhi's killer as a “Patriot ". A leader of Hindu Mahasabha, Shakun Pandey said, " Gandhi was a traitor, " and also blames Gandhi for partition. Professor of History at Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru University, Mridula Mukherjee said, “The communal forces and their divisive ideology which killed Gandhi were same as the ones we see today in the form of the Ghar Wapsi and Love Jihad campaigns. "RSS goons want to replace Gandhi's statue with Modi in India. Sooner, Modi's statue would replace Gandhi in India. RSS statures have already vandalized Gandhi's statue outside India as witnessed in Canada recently. It reflects Indian casteism, RSS, and Brahman supremacist thought. India portrays Gandhi as a preacher of peace, in reality, India, under the leadership of Modi, is terminating the teachings of Gandhi. India which has already lost secular values will fall into an extremist country having no respect for humanity and values but only beliefs believers of the Kautilya policy

BJP’s Negative Politics in Maharashtra

Devendra Fadnavis, a former chief minister of Maharashtra and a member of the BJP, recently took an oath to serve as Shinde's deputy. Shinde was rewarded by the BJP for his rebellion despite the right-wing party having more legislators in the state assembly than his rebellious camp.

The developments came a day after Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray announced his resignation as chief minister in a Facebook live broadcast minutes after India’s Supreme Court asked him to take a floor test to prove his majority

Thackeray had been running a coalition government with Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and the Congress parties since 2019; one of the unlikeliest alliances in Indian politics.

The opposition suffered a great loss as a result of the fall of Uddhav Thackeray's administration in Maharashtra since the state is very significant. It is one among the most industrialised and developed states in the nation and the financial centre of India.

The mutineers were taken to a five-star hotel in Surat, an industrial city in neighboring Gujarat, Modi’s home state which has been governed by the BJP since 1995. From Surat, the Shiv Sena rebels were flown 2,588km (1,608 miles) on June 22 to a luxury hotel in Guwahati, the main city in the northeastern state of Assam, another BJP-ruled state, meetings were conducted which finally led ousting of Udhey Thakery from the power.

In the whole episode BJP negatively played to de-stable a State government and came into power game again.

Conduct of G-20 Summit in Kashmir Next Year – A State of Fake Normalcy

India is considering holding next G-20 Summit-2023 in Kashmir is merely a jock and nothing more than that. China opposed the Indian plan of holding the G-20 meeting in Kashmir and called on the member of the grouping to focus on economic recovery and avoid politicizing the relevant issue. Law & order situation in Kashmir is not up to the mark the LEAS targets local people. CASO is a daily business, and now our government has stated that the next G-20 meeting would take place in Kashmir.

These tactics for holding the G-20 Summit in Kashmir won't provide the government a reason to portray normalcy in this area. Instead, the government should place a priority on upholding the law and protecting people's rights to life.

The BJP government on the one hand forbids fruit vendors in Kashmir from exporting their goods in the name of security, but on the other hand, it hosts the G-20 summit there to demonstrate that life is returning to normal. This approach will not help to create soft image worldwide. Government should do something good for the people of Kashmir in its true spirit.

Killing Machines of India

The armed forces are deployed in Kashmir killing innocent people ruthlessly. They even can’t let go of minor kids in 7th & ninth grades. NIA conducts raids on a daily basis to harass the local populace in Kashmir. The people in IIOJK, particularly the Kashmiri Valley, are paying a heavy price for India’s Kashmir policy the Indian government and its air-dropped administration in Kashmir are busy in its usual pomp and show, and the people of the territory continue to suffer from rising unemployment, development deficit and inflation as never before.

All the democratic institutions in IIOJK have been diluted to fit in the vision of a particular political party and there is fear, anxiety, concern, and insecurity everywhere, and Kashmiri youth, have been pushed to the margins.

The votaries of muscular policy in IIOJK need to take a step back and ask the Indian government if such a policy has succeeded elsewhere in the world. “The post-2019 policy landscape of Kashmir has no space for dialogue. It only relies on obliterating the legacy and icons of the region’s constitutional and historical uniqueness. This has to change. There can be no headway without changing this. BJP & RSS have to learn that Peace cannot be achieved through force

Agneepath – An Eye Wash for Indian Youths

The Union Cabinet on 14 June had approved a recruitment scheme for Indian youth to serve in the Armed Forces. The scheme is called AGNEEPATH and the youth selected under this scheme will be known as Agniveers.

According to the government, AGNEEPATH scheme has been designed to enable a youthful profile of the Armed Forces. It will provide an opportunity to the youth who may be keen to don the uniform by attracting young talent from the society who are more in tune with contemporary technological trends and plough back skilled, disciplined and motivated manpower into the society.

However, under the new Agnipath scheme, around 45,000 to 50,000 soldiers will be recruited annually, and most will leave the service in just four years. Of the total annual recruits, only 25 per cent will be allowed to continue for another 15 years under permanent commission.

This is another example of the BJP government's incompetence: They want to treat Indian Youth like a tissue paper “Use & Throw”. If they want to induct this vibrant youth they should have to provide them with “Job Security”.

There is question that why the BJP is going to implement the Agnipath Scheme at a time when India is facing challenges on two fronts? This is unnecessary it would definitely reduce the operational effectiveness of Indian armed forces and compromise national security.

Huge protests in Asia over Indian politicians' remarks against Holy Prophet (PBUH)

Several nations, including Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Bahrain, and Afghanistan, have denounced BJP politician Nupur Sharma's inflammatory statements against the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). Islamic nations have summoned the Indian embassy to express their displeasure with two BJP politicians' statements against the Prophet Muhammad.

On Sunday4 June 22, the first reaction came from Qatar, where Vice President Venkaiah Naidu was on a three-day visit. Qatar's foreign ministry called Deepak Mittal, India's ambassador to Doha, and issued him an official memo detailing Qatar's reaction. The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs voiced its severe concern with the contentious comments made by India's governing party's leader.

Kuwait condemned the statement and demanded a public apology. It has been said on behalf of Kuwait that such statements increase extremism and hatred.

The Foreign Ministry of Iran has called the Indian Ambassador in Tehran and expressed its protest.

Saudi Arabia has also denounced Nupur Sharma's statements on Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). The Ministry of External Affairs blasted and officially condemned the said statement. The ministry reiterated its "permanent rejection of prejudice against the symbols of the Islamic religion."

Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), an organization of 57 Muslim countries, has objected to the matter of statements against the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Minorities are being killed relentlessly in India

The US State Department is concerned about persistent attacks on religious minorities and their places of worship in India in the year 2021.

According to the US State Department's annual report to Congress on worldwide religious freedom, attacks on members of minority communities in India in 2021, including killings, assaults, and intimidation, occurred throughout the year. These attacks included 'cow vigilantism' against non-Hindus based on suspicions of cow slaughter or beef trade, according to the report..

This is the second time in less than two months that the US has directly expressed uneasiness about a rising trend in human rights violations in India.

The number of attacks on religious figures and places of worship in India has increased, according to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who released the report at the State Department's Foggy Bottom headquarters on 02 June 22, asserting that Washington will continue to defend religious freedom around the world.

We Indians should consider what kind of world we live in and let go of the delusion that no one is monitoring us and our heinous and discriminatory behaviour.

Eight Years Fascist Rule of BJP & RSS

The BJP was elected on the basis of "vikas" (progress), but it has been fostering "nafrat" (hate) to distract attention from its massive failures. "Everyone is aware that violence or riots is happening as a result of BJP's deliberate anti-Muslim policies. This is the BJP's agenda, whether directly or indirectly involved in it. There have been 10,000 incidents of communal violence in the country over the previous eight years, but the Prime Minister has kept silent about the RSS and other right-wing organizations' brutalities.

In light of recent incidents such as anti-Muslim violence during Hindu festival Ram Navami processions and the Gyanvapi mosque case, the secular sector of Indian society is concerned; they do not want radicalism and disintegration in the country.

According to a statement made by the Union Home Minister in Parliament on 30 March 2022, 3,400 incidents of communal violence occurred between 2016 and 2022. The deadliest communal riots happened in Delhi, where 53 persons, the majority of whom were Muslims, were slain. On a variety of fronts, including the economy, national security, foreign policy, inflation, and communal peace, the Modi government has failed. One after another, BJP’s bad policies contributed to the devastating slide of the Indian economy and because of the BJP’s eight years of misgovernance, what was once the fastest-growing economy is now in shambles.

If we divide the entire failures into 8 parts and if you look at each one of them, each one of these failures is bigger than the other; as a result, claiming that inflation is a worse failure than unemployment is incorrect. It would be incorrect to suggest that farmer failure is greater than inflation and unemployment since all of the issues affect each and every member of the country.

BJP’s Divisive Policies dragging innocent people into redalicalism

The Modi government is attempting to save itself from rising prices, unemployment, and Prime Minister Modi's dwindling popularity. They (BJP and RSS) do not debate current issues and participate in divisive politics.

All Indians should unite together to reject the BJP government's attempts to divide the country. There is no doubt that the BJP government is polarising society by incorporating RSS ideology into school textbooks, endangering the country's democratic fabric. Apart from that, during the BJP's reign, the gap between the rich and the poor grew. The BJP is considered as a threat to national security. Because of the government's policies that favour the wealthy.

Hindu zealots' fascist agenda is contaminating the minds of Indian youth, and it is getting worse with time. We've been seeing signs of fascism seeping in private armed groups used to terrorize minority communities for some years, and most Indians don't seem to comprehend the severity of this deadly trend. The common Hindus do not support this fascist agenda of extremist right wing and even don’t endorse the biased policies of the BJP government.

Gyanvapi Masjid Issue - RSS Ideology is prevailing in India

The Supreme Court stated in its verdict for the Place of Worship Act 1991 in the Babri Masjid Ayodhya dispute case that this activity is relevant to secularism and India's basic structure. The Muslim school of thought has condemned the Varanasi court's ruling as erroneous, and expects the Muslim Personal Law Board and those affiliated with the management of the Gyanvapi Masjid to immediately petition the Supreme Court, claiming that its directives are being disobeyed. The BJP and RSS are reigniting "the period of hatred" of the 1990s. It has once again demonstrated that the Indian judiciary works in tandem with the RSS. This time, it's assisting RSS in keeping a commitment it made a long time ago.

On 29 August, 1984, the RSS established the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) in Mumbai. A World Hindu Sammelan (conference) was organised in Allahabad in 1986. The VHP eventually adopted an 18-point code of conduct that specifically called for the "liberation" of Ram's and Krishna's birthplaces in Ayodhya and Mathura, as well as the "liberation" of Varanasi's Kashi Vishwanath Mandir from the Gyanvapi Masjid." The Varanasi court is merely assisting the RSS in destroying Gyanvapi Masjid now that Babri Masjid has been "liberated".

The Constitution cannot help Muslims in defending themselves from the direct attack on their very presence in India. The attack on mosques is actually an attack on the existence of Muslims. In such a situation, getting involved in legal acrobats is a trap laid by those who don’t want a systematic change. When they say it’s against the constitution, it implies that the fault lies in the court rather than the system itself. This way, nothing really changes.

Khalistan Murdabad' gathering in Patiala

The VHP and Shive Sena staged the 'Khalistan Murdabad' gathering in Patiala on purpose, just as the BJP and RSS are doing all over India. With the Khalistan Zindabad protest, tens of thousands of Khalistani supporters conveyed a strong message to the BJP and all right-wing parties that this is not their playground. The BJP and RSS are to blame for India's fragmentation. On a regular basis, RSS slaughters minorities and forcing them  to defend themselves and raise their guns against BJP and RSS barbarism. There is no need for an opponent when the RSS and BJP are doing the same thing by murdering minorities and oppressing Dalits in India and are exploiting Indian fracture lines. Today, Janata is fighting to rid India of the RSS threat.

US Concerns over Human rights violations in India

US Concerns over Human rights violations in India

Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the US is keeping an eye on some recent "concerning incidents" in India involving government, police, and prison employees violating human rights. Following the conclusion of the 2+2 Ministerial on April 11, Blinken, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, and their Indian counterparts, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, conducted a joint press conference. "We are following some recent worrying developments in India, including a surge in human rights abuses by some government, police, and prison authorities," Blinken said in his opening remarks.

Extrajudicial killings, disappearances, torture, arbitrary arrest and detention, rape, severe and life-threatening jail conditions, and prolonged pretrial detention were among the most serious human rights violations. Widespread corruption, reports of political prisoners in several states, and censorship and intimidation of media outlets, including some critical of the government, have all persisted. Some nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) were subject to government limitations on foreign funding, particularly those whose views were deemed not to be in the "national interest," limiting their ability to carry out their missions.

. Eight states have legal restrictions on religious conversion; there are no criminal investigations or accountability for cases of rape, domestic violence, dowry-related deaths, honor killings, sexual harassment, and discrimination against women and girls; and there are no criminal investigations or accountability for cases of rape, domestic violence, dowry-related deaths, honor killings, or sexual harassment. Due to a lack of accountability, violence and discrimination based on religious affiliation, sexual orientation, caste or tribe, including indigenous peoples, continued.

As a government, the BJP has failed to ensure the safety and security of its citizens, particularly minorities.

*Hindutva Goons Rampant - Burnt Houses of innocent Muslims in Karauli

*Hindutva Goons Rampant - Burnt Houses of innocent Muslims in Karauli

Hindutva followers burnt more than 40 houses of Muslims in Karauli on April 2, 2022 and later authorities imposed curfew in Muslims neighbourhood. The incident has alarmed all the minorities in India. BJP tacitly did it to promote their vote bank for upcoming elections as it has been doing all over India. Killing people and destroying their properties just to stay in power is a brutal act by BJP.  It is violation of human rights. BJP should refrain from snatching the right to live safely from Indian minorities. Despite destroying properties and injuring a number of Muslims in Karauli, Modi Ji is still unwilling to condemn the wrong doing of BJP workers. He is PM of India and his position demands him to provide security to every Indian irrespective of his religion. While doing religious celebrations, the BJP activists should not destroy properties of Muslims.

The ideology of RSS is dominant in India which is against humanity

The ideology of RSS is dominant in India which is against humanity

Comprising about one-fifth of the Indian population, the listed castes or Dalits are a collection of various caste groups which are formally considered polluted and there, untouched by caste Hindus, the strictest classified social system. Are victims of what humans have ever devised. Through religious acceptance, the caste system gave Dalits a sub-human status, and brought them to the bottom of the social system as slaves or worse. Because the social and economic oppression of the Dalits is closely linked to the Hindu religion, over the centuries many Dalits have converted to other religions, especially Islam, Buddhism, Christianity and Sikhism and converted to the caste system. Trying to get out of the shackles. As a result, a large number of Dalits have converted to other religions.

Kashmir Files – A tale of Lie

Kashmir Files – A tale of Lie

The Kashmir Files is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language drama film produced by Zee Studios and written and directed by Vivek Agnihotri. The whole plot of this ridiculous film is based on falsehoods and fabrication. The goal is to instigate Kashmiri Pandits against Muslims. The story is based on the so-called Kashmiri Pandit migration. It's a sham story full of falsehoods and misinformation designed to inflame anti-Muslim sentiment in India.

The movie is fanning communal hatred by exaggerating claims on the violence against the Kashmiri Pandits who fled their homes when the Kashmiris intensified their indigenous freedom struggle against India’s illegal occupation in Jammu and Kashmir in 1989.

The Brahmins' suffering is shown in Kashmir Files. The producer must also make a film depicting the assassinations of a big number of Muslims in many Indian states. Muslims are human people and citizens of the country, not insects. I strongly recommend that the producer and director of this video make "Gujarat Files," a documentary about Narendra Modi's killing of innocent Muslims in Gujarat.

There is a violent segment of society that has shut its ears to the truth. Even so-called educated folks attack the truth speaker with street-level terminology. Using obscene language reveals their thoughts. To stir up resentment and promote violence, the recently released film incites hatred and distorts history. This is a political gimmick by the BJP in order to gain political benefit in upcoming ujarat election.

Indian Missile system; a Risk for South Asia

Indian Missile system; a Risk for South Asia

With the induction of new weapon systems in South Asia notably BMDs, the region has been turned into risk of war especially unresolved issues notably Kashmir. The sporadic events of violence and state of terrorism in Indian occupied Kashmir, as have been witnessed in past few months, pose serious threats to a major chuck of the entire world population. Indian race towards acquiring maximum hostile war technology and notably a series of unsafe missile system is a proof of Indian thirst towards sole dominance in the region.

War monger India is walking on the path to destabilize peace of south Asia. They are following Israeli war strategy and tactics. On 9 March 2022, a missile suddenly entered into the territory of Pakistan and hit an isolated zone resulted no loss of life occurred. The firing of an Indian missile into Pakistani territory without warning is not a mistake; it results in India's incompetence to operate such msl systems. It also demonstrates India's command and control system's inability, leading to a nuclear war in the area. Missile launch highlighted the India’s unreliable and dangerous missile system. This type of technical blunder has the potential to spark a major conflict in this region. It is up to the MTCR to decide how they would prohibit Indian missile systems.

India is on the verge of Self-destruction

India is on the verge of Self-destruction

In recent days the anti-Muslim propaganda perpetrated by India’s elected and unelected leaders and being supported by the country’s brazenly Islamophobic media, as well as anti-Muslim laws and policies passed or proposed in many states.

Muslims in India have been feeling under threat since the Hindu nationalist BJP came to power in 2014. But in the past year, hostility towards this community became even more overt. Today, far-right Hindu nationalists, with the support and at times encouragement of the government and local authorities, are making it clear to Muslims that they are no longer seen as equal citizens in their own country. Their dietary habits and religious rituals are being attacked and even criminalised. Muslim women are being humiliated and harassed just because they are Muslim. Muslim livelihoods are under threat. Calls are being made for genocide of Muslims. It is no longer safe to be Muslim in BJP’s India.

Under BJP’s leadership, India became one of the most dangerous countries for Muslims and Christians in the world. They are being persecuted physically, psychologically and economically. Laws are being passed to criminalise their religious practices, food habits and even businesses. On top of discriminatory laws, they are also routinely being threatened with and subjected to physical violence. The media, as well as the TV and film industries are prejudiced against them. Perhaps most importantly, the elected rulers of the country are constantly dehumanising and even demonising them to further their own political agenda.

Saffron Terrorism in India

 Saffron Terrorism in India

Samjhauta Incident. The 2007 Samjhauta Express bombing was a terrorist attack that occurred around midnight on 18 February 2007 on the Samjhauta Express, a twice-weekly train service connecting Delhi, India, and Lahore, Pakistan. Bombs were set off in two carriages, both filled with passengers, just after the train passed Diwana near the Indian city of Panipat, 80 kilometers (50 mi) north of New Delhi. 70 people were killed in the ensuing fire and dozens more were injured. Of the 70 fatalities, most were Pakistani civilians. The victims also included some Indian civilians and three railway policemen. On 8 January 2011, Aseemanand confessed that Saffron terror outfits were behind the bombing of Samjhauta express.
   Malegaon Blasts
The 2008 Malegaon blasts ensured that “saffron terror” would be added to the Indian political lexicon. While there was quite a political furor over the naming of former ABVP and RSS functionaries in the charge sheet, it was all but ignored that a serving Army officer, namely, Lieutenant Colonel Shrikant Prasad Purohit, had also been involved. Two bomb blasts took place, almost simultaneously, in Maharashtra and Gujarat, on 29 September 2008. The investigation also found links to Hindu extremist groups like the Abhinav Bharat, Rashtriya Jagran Manch, Sharda Sarvagya Peeth, and the Hindu Rashtra Sena. BJP has been acquitting all nominated accused of 2008 bomb blasts.
Ajmer Dargah Attack
The Ajmer Dargah blast occurred on 11 October 2007, outside the Dargah (shrine) of Sufi saint Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer, Rajasthan, by the Hindutva organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and its groups. Swami Aseemanand, in his confession, implicated the then General Secretary Mohan Bhagwat for ordering the terrorist strike..
Conclusion
Hindutva extremists including RSS, VHP, Hindu Mahasba, and poisonous Hindu Sadhus / Pandits are the real face of India. It has been proved that Hindutva people are behind all the conspiracies against innocent Muslims. BJP is being controlled by these Hindutva groups and can’t do anything without their consent. Judges, Police, academics, the private-public sector, the business community, so-called intellectuals, Media, and journalists all are under control of RSS and its Hindutva ideology. Neutral Indians became fed up and now waiting to be freed by these biased elements.

India is heading towards a civil war under PM Modi’srule

India is heading towards a civil war under PM Modi’srule

For the past few weeks, Karnataka has been in the news because some colleges in the state have been prohibiting Muslim girl students from wearing the hijab. And it seems that this controversy has a lot to do with the politics of the state, particularly in the coastal region. Muslim women have been wearing hijab for a long why this is an issue at present?. To win the election, the BJP must not only break the OBC-Jat caste consolidation forged by the Samajwadi Party (SP)-Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) alliance, but it must prevent the Muslim vote from consolidating behind the alliance.

India is heading towards a civil war under PM Modi’srule. They are not talking about inflation, poverty but about Ayodhya and Varanasi. They have got the feeling that by doing this they will get Hindu votes. The people of the country are tired of the propaganda of BJP and Narendra Modi.

BJP is going towards losing Uttar Pradesh Assembly election. They have referred to the protesting farmers as “terrorists. Since a majority of the farmers are from the Jat community, the BJP will be wiped out from Jat dominant western Uttar Pradesh and the rest of the state as well.

British rule has returned to the country after 70 years of Independence in the form of the BJP government and now the ruling party is frustrated as they will lose the Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls.

Kashmir “A Living Hell of Anger and Fear”

Apart from massive human rights violations by Indian security forces, the occupied State has been in a state of constant siege and surveillance since August 5, 2019. The Kashmiri freedom leadership is still in jails or under house arrest while the masses face the situation of an open prison in extremely cold winter where there is a freezing temperature in the Valley. Thousands of Kashmiris have been killed, detained, tortured, and injured since August 5, 2019. Besides, thousands of Kashmiri youths are still in Indian prisons outside the state boundaries in various parts of India. Indeed, the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35-A was meant to rehabilitate the Non-Kashmiri Hindus in IIOJK, especially in the Valley of Kashmir. In this regard, Hindu nationalist paramilitary volunteers of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Youth wing of Bajrang Dal (BD) the religious Hindu militant organization of the Vishva Hindu Parishad are stationed in various parts of IIOJK to terrorize Kashmiri masses and help the settlement of non-Kashmiri Hindu from all over India. These terrorists have been found in killing the Kashmiri youth, torching the houses, and raping the women folk of Kashmir. These terrorist groups have been given total impunity by the Indian State and Government. Prolonging the siege in IIOJK basically aims at enabling the settlement of non-Kashmiri Hindus in the Valley area of IIOJK. Indian Army and paramilitary forces are still continuing with their brutalities in IIOJK by taking cover of discriminatory and inhuman laws, India especially imposed ever since the 1990s.

The only way forward for peace in this nuclearized region is the resolution of the Kashmir dispute as per the wishes of Kashmiris. As a prelude to this resolution, India must restore the special status of IIOJK as it was before 05 August 2019.

RAW’s Involvement in Recent Terrorist Attacks in Pakistan

India’s ambition to gain hegemony in the region, old grievances against Pakistan and the game-changer project of CEPC are the factors that compel India to adopt an aggressive and unlawful approach towards Pakistan. The Indian involvement in the recent terrorist attack on the railway line in Balochistan and Anarkali Bazar Lahore of Pakistan is the witness that India does not want Pakistan as an economically and militarily powerful country. The Indian spying network is also involved in promoting terrorist activities in Pakistan, which aim to destabilize Pakistan and label it as a failed state. India’s involvement has created serious implications for the national security and economic progress of the region and may eventually lead to permanent instability in the region. The United Nations (UN) was also provided with the dossiers of the Indian patronage to the insurgent groups in Pakistan by the Government of Pakistan regarding terrorist activities being funded and monitored by the RAW. The Indian interference in the domestic affairs of the regional countries is a blatant violation of international law and the UN Charter. The UN is strongly urged to sanction India based on the dossier submitted by Pakistan so that India could be deterred in the future from interfering in the internal affairs of its neighboring states
