The current policies of the BJP could lead to mass violence in India

BJP is currently walking on a path that could lead to widespread violence and civil war. The think tanker of the BJP i.e RSS is working to eliminate minorities from India which is not possible; on the other hand BJP government is working to create unrest in the states where they are not in power unconstitutionally as they did in Maharashtra. Under the Hindu-nationalist government of Narendra Modi, India has seen a rising tide of intolerance, and some observers feel that the BJP has turned to divisive discourse since it can no longer rely on divisive promises.

After enacting contentious pledges like abolishing the special status of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), the Modi-led administration wanted to do something new to increase support. The Indian government has to understand that it is unleashing forces that can grow uncontrollable by promoting the absurd idea that India's 300 million or more non-Hindu minority poses a threat to the 1.1 billion majorities.

Bloodshed between sects can gain momentum on its own. In addition to being unhealthier for its citizens, a Hindu nationalist India might spread instability and have even worse ties with its Muslim neighbors. Delhi friends including United States to use their influence to persuade Modi and his acolytes to check the spread of hate before it explodes into widespread violence. Arun Prakash, a former naval chief and senior military commander, had issued a warning earlier this month that India would enter a civil war since the nation's political leadership had not denounced recent calls by Hindu hardliners for the genocide of Muslims.
